Permission and lawful use
You are responsible for obtaining all permission required to record, transcribe, store, or share a conversation. Do not use Tela to violate privacy, wiretapping, intellectual-property, employment, medical, financial, or other applicable laws.

Plans and credits
Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Processing uses Tela Credits as described on the pricing page. Current local features remain available when cloud-processing credits are exhausted.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the account billing portal. Cancellation normally applies at the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Final refund and extra-credit expiration rules must be displayed at purchase.

Features may change during beta. Tela does not promise uninterrupted service and is not an emergency, medical, legal, navigation-safety, or financial-decision service.
