Does Tela automatically keep every call?
No. The intended flow keeps a new transcript temporarily, then asks whether you want to summarize, keep, or delete it.
Can Tela read all my text messages?
No. On Android, use Share to send only selected messages to Tela. Those selected messages can then be summarized.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Cloud transcription and summaries pause. Existing records, contacts, calendar, exports, and local recall remain available.
How do reminders work?
An appointment stores its start time and destination. Tela can use estimated travel time plus an arrival buffer to decide when to remind you.
How do I cancel?
Open Account → Billing and plan → Manage subscription → Cancel plan. See the account page.
